Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

In the event you wish to exchange any products purchased from LASHD™, we must be notified via e-mail at contact@lashd.ca within 7 (seven) days. All exchange requests must be received within 7 (seven) days from purchase. Requests past this time frame are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you include your name, e-mail address, phone number and return address when shipping product for a return or exchange. This ensures it will be reviewed in a timely matter. Upon inspection, if we deem your request appropriate, we will credit you the cost of product to your account, or if your request, send the new product for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns will only be issued for malfunctioned, defective items.

SHIPPING

All packages mailed to you are via a trackable postal service. Any orders placed before 12:00PM may be shipped out the same day - any orders completed after that will be shipped out the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with your tracking ID. 


Once we send your package with the desired postal service, LASHD™ is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen parcels.
